I was wondering what the nutritional content is for your ice cream? Like the fat, sugars, calories of your bases as well as your flavors?

Due to having cancer in the past, I’ve cut out processed sugar and soy. I’m looking for a treat without processed sugar. I don’t mind the fat. Do your base ingredients, cream, half &half, yogurt, have sugar added? I tried some ice cream made with almond milk, mixed berries and agave but really missed the creaminess of cream. Thank you for your time!

Doing a combination of Half and Half with some agave to sweeten it would make for a creamier ice cream without the added sugar. Not all stores offer half and half however, so I would call your local Sub Zero and see if they offer it. If not, explain your situation and ask if you could bring your own in. The storeowners are pretty understanding so it shouldn’t be that big of a problem. Thank you for your comment.
