Small Business Spotlight

Sub Zero Ice Cream

Sub Zero Ice Cream re-invented fresh ice cream.  Over 5 years Sub Zero has made the only fresh hard pack ice cream made right in front of the customer.  They use Liquid Nitrogen to make the freshest product possible.  This is fresh with Choice.  With over 25,000 options.  Since they use cryogenics it has a science theme and provides educational experiences for customers and their children.  Sub Zero goes out to schools to give science presentations and make ice cream afterward. Their mission is to use ice cream to educate. Since they use LN2 instead of electricity Sub Zero has a low carbon footprint.
