You get to hand pick the ingredients for each item you order. Building your ice cream from the base up means you can choose what kind of milk your ice cream is made from to fit your taste or dietary needs. If you’re an ice cream connoisseur looking for a rich, smooth texture, then our premium or custard base is the right fit for you. If you’re looking for a low-fat alternative, we have low-fat milk and yogurt. We also keep soy and rice milk on hand for our lactose intolerant and vegan customers.
Flavors: Pick as Many as You Like at No Extra Charge.
Part of the Sub Zero Ice Cream appeal is knowing exactly what goes into your food. We’ve selected a flavor developer and supplier that uses the highest quality ingredients possible, enabling us to give you the best tasting ice cream possible. However, Sub Zero isn’t content with a set list of flavors. This is why we have a Flavor of the Month, where we’ll occasionally offer flavors not on our set menu, as well as Local Specials. One of the benefits to creating your ice cream from the base up is 100% customization, even in ways you hadn’t considered before. At Sub Zero Ice Cream and Yogurt, you get to be Head Chef, choosing not only your flavor, but also the texture. When we say “Choose Your Chill Factor”, we’re not talking about personal flair (although we’re sure you have that in abundance), but rather how frozen you want your ice cream. We can control the ice cream’s softness through our flash freezing process. This allows us to tailor the final product from soft serve to rock hard consistency and anywhere in between. So, when we ask, “Choose Your Chill Factor”, you’ve got three options”
